Summer Session Housing

黑料网 students who would like to live on-campus for the Summer 2026 term, must submit a and pay for housing here: . Submitting payment secures placement in housing. Once a payment is approved, Residence Life creates a summer housing assignment for that resident. Summer Costs and Liability billing information can be found on the Student Accounts page. The Summer Housing Application closes on May 10, 2026. If you are in need of housing, please contact the Residence Life main office.

Duration of Stay

Current on-campus residents will stay in their Spring 2026 assignment until summer assignments are prepared at the start of the Summer Term. The date that you will move from your Spring 2026 to your Summer term assignment is not yet firm. Anticipated dates range from May 21 – 22, however for current residents, move-in may be delayed to the following weekend. Non-residents will move in between May 21 and 22. The first day of Summer Classes is May 18, 2026 and last day is August 7, 2026. Summer residents must depart by 11:00 a.m. on August 8, 202 or 24 hours after their last summer class – whichever comes first.

Duration of Stay: First Quarter, First Third, and First Half of Summer
Students must move out by 11:00 a.m. the following dates:
First Quarter | 5/18/26 – 6/5/26 | June 6
First Third | 5/18/26 – 6/12/26 | June 13
First Half | 5/18/25 – 6/26/26 | June 27

Duration of Stay: Second Half, Second Third, or Final Third of the Summer
Students will be allowed to move in on the following Dates and Times:
Second Third | 6/15/26 – 7/10/26 | Friday, June 14, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Second Half | 6/29/26 – 8/8/26 | Friday, June 28, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Final Third | 7/13/26 – 8/8/26 | Friday, July 12, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Students must move out by 11:00 a.m. the following dates:
Second Third | 6/15/26 – 7/10/26 | July 11
Second Half | 6/29/26 – 8/7/26 | August 8
Final Third | 7/13/26 – 8/7/26 | August 8

Application & Payment

Please know that access to amenities and options during the summer is not same as during the academic year. Food service is limited and transportation service is not available. Access to the workout center is not available.

Check-In & Check Out

All Summer residents will check-in with the Summer RA team at the Summer School Residence Hall where they will receive card access and a room key. Check-out is 24 hours after the last date of the indicated summer session. There are no exceptions. Residents who do not check-out properly will be charged an improper check-out fee and will be charged for an additional week of housing. If a resident stays into following week without permission they will be charged an additional week (and so on).

Late Stay

Residents: Students that are living on-campus for Fall 2026 and have a need to remain on campus for the remainder of the Summer, please indicate that on the form. There may be an option to stay on campus for a weekly fee.

Non-Residents: There is no extension beyond August 8, 2026 for anyone living off-campus for Fall 2025. Students must make arrangements with their landlord for an early move-in or find other housing.

Policies

Summer residents may not have outside guests in the summer residence hall.
Summer residents must follow all guidance for application, check-in, check-out, and community processes.
Summer residents are responsible for the cost to repair any room damages and cleaning fees.
Summer residents are responsible for cleaning their bathrooms and taking their garbage to the trash room.
Summer residents must abide by the Student Code of Conduct and Community Standards, Residential License, NYS and Federal Law. Behavior and conduct must be above reproach. Failure to do so will result in the loss of housing permissions and privileges.
