Residence Hall Room Rates

ºÚÁÏÍø residence hall room rates. 2026 – 2027 are not yet finalized.

All room rates are per semester. Room rates do not include meal plans.

A standard double room is the most common and traditional rooming experience. Two residents share a sizable living space within a corridor style residence hall. This is the majority of the housing on campus. These areas include: Jones, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara (26-27), Onondaga, Putnam, Seneca, Steuben

A standard double room in a suite style living space is another common rooming experience. Two residents share a sizable living space within a suite style residence hall. Each suite has a common area and bathroom. These areas include Allegany, Erie, Genesee, Nassau, Suffolk, Wyoming currently. There are a few standard (designed) triple rooms that would also be at this rate in some first year suite halls.

Townhouse rooms are single spaces within an apartment style area. Currently this is only in Saratoga Terrace.

Residents will be able to select our Deluxe Suite living space, which provides them a single room in a furnished suite. Each resident will receive a full size bed and have access to a priority parking lot section near to the residence hall (parking permit not included). Suites will include a microfridge and a smart TV. Currently this is only in Ontario Hall.

Wayne Residence Hall

May not be available 2026-27. This is a standard double sized room with one person living in it and if offered are only in designated areas as part of special programs.

Residents may choose to buy-out a standard double room for the purpose of guaranteeing that another resident will not be placed in the room with them. This is only offered during certain times in certain conditions.

*Planned rates are subject to change until finalized.
**Liability: Once a residential space is occupied, the resident assigned to that space is liable for 50% of the housing cost.
***For planning purposes, we anticipate room rates rising approximately 3% each year.
