Transportation for Break

Listed below are the options for bus transportation leaving for and returning from each break. Please remember that when using any type of mass transportation, customers should recognize that delays occasionally occur and plan accordingly. Taxis and car services are also an option: for more information please see Taxis and Car Services.

The Geneseo Off Campus Weekend Service is a free (with college ID) way to get to the Greater Rochester International Airport, Trailways Bus Terminal or Amtrak Station. No advance sign up is required as this is part of the regular route. Always refer to most up to date Geneseo Off Campus Weekend Services. Please remember, this is not always an option as this service does not run during the regular business week and on certain weekends. To make sure this is a viable option when you need it, please refer to our Bus Schedules page for a list of important service dates outlining when service is and is not available.

• Extra bus to Midtown Manhattan, Fresh Meadows Queens, and Roslyn, NY
• Extra bus to Nanuet, White Plains, Melville, and Farmingville

*Please note that Saratoga Terrace and Ontario Deluxe Singles do not close for any break but students still need to notify their AC/RD if they are remaining on campus by filling out their emailed form.
