Step 2: Download Applicable Application:

Step 3: Download the Faculty Support Form (.docx) Follow instructions on form and forward to your faculty sponsor

Step 4: Complete application. Save as a PDF with the filename as your Last Name_First Name (e.g., Doe_Jane.pdf)

Step 5: Submit your application by completing the (Google Form).

Online submissions are due at 8 a.m. on the following dates:

• September 7, 2026
• October 26, 2026
• February 15, 2027
• April 19, 2027, for late Spring 2027 (funds used before June 1) and Summer 2027 (Please note that summer funds cannot be used until after July 1)

Attendance annually at a grant writing workshop presented by the Office of Sponsored Research is mandatory in order to be eligible for funding. For group applications only one representative from the group needs to attend, but ALL members of a group are encouraged to attend.

• Thursday, September 3rd, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Thursday, September 3rd, 3:00 – 4:00 PM
• Friday, September 4th, 10:00 – 11:00 AM
• Friday, September 4th, 2:30 – 3:30 PM
