I am the Co-founder and CEO of FitzDrake Search, Inc., an executive search and recruiting firm located in Northern Virginia. 聽FitzDrake works with companies as large as the Fortune 500 to start-ups to place exceptional executive and professional level talent. 聽Prior to owning his my own firm, I worked at AOL, Hewlett Packard and ADP. 聽 I am a Best-Selling author publishing his first book, How to Find a New Job Without Looking, in April 2023.

I didn’t know it then, but my background in Sociology laid the background for my work with individuals and organizations. 聽Understanding group dynamics, interpersonal relationships, the value of diversity, how organizations and institutions operate has helped me to understand and navigate many different circumstances. 聽 I also learned the importance of knowing myself well enough so I can influence and help others by not getting in the way of what they need to discover for themselves.
