Welcome to Counseling Services! I’m a Graduate Trainee from SUNY Brockport. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for about 10 years, and I have experience working in pediatrics, home care, sleep medicine and college health! I’ve also been trained as a doula. These experiences have all provided me with a huge appreciation for the importance of mental health and all the ways it plays a role in our whole-body, whole-self wellness.
College is such a pivotal time in your life, and it’s an honor to be a part of your journey in whatever way I can. I approach counseling in a holistic way, tailoring my care to each person’s individual needs, and I strive to create a space where any student will feel welcomed and valued.
Outside of work and school, I’m an avid reader! I love baking, cooking, weightlifting, spending time outdoors, basking in the sun, and hanging out with any dog I come across.
