The Business Advisory Council (BAC) plays a critical role in the life and success of the School of Business at Geneseo.  As is the case with all elite business schools, an engaged and supportive advisory council is central to bridging the worlds of academia and practice.  Visible and meaningful interaction between alumni, business professionals, faculty and students is a hallmark of excellence in business education.

We highly value our BAC members who participate actively in the life of the School.  We have two BAC groups, one in the New York City region and the other in Western New York.  The groups work in parallel and jointly, led by co-chairs.  BAC members meet three times a year, twice in their regional entities and once jointly.  Members also meet periodically in their subcommittees.
