Kerri Howell currently serves as the chief communications and marketing officer at ºÚÁÏÍø. Most recently she served as director of communications and media at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Prior to working in the higher education industry, Howell worked in health care for nearly 12 years as the director of public relations and marketing at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, also in Syracuse.

For nearly 15 years, Howell served as an adjunct professor at SU’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, teaching undergraduates and graduates in advanced and digital public relations writing, public relations research, and public relations management. She also previously served in several other communications roles, including at Lockheed Martin and as news producer at WSTM-TV and WPTZ-TV, two television affiliates in Upstate New York.

A member of the American Marketing Association and Public Relations Society of America, Howell also is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She resides in West Henrietta, New York with her husband and three children.
