Why study accounting online through Geneseo?

The online master’s in accounting program combines flexibility with individualized attention. Students may take courses part-time or full-time and learn material at their own pace, completing the degree in one, two, or more years. Weekly virtual office hours give students the opportunity to learn from course instructors directly and obtain feedback on assignments and projects. A graduate advisor is assigned to each student to help them craft a customized schedule and navigate their career path.

The degree prepares students for careers in public accounting, corporate accounting, government and nonprofit accounting, or other professional fields that need a good understanding of financial accounting and reporting, managerial accounting, taxation and regulations, budgeting, and accounting information systems.
