Dr. James Oigara聽is an Assistant聽Professor of Education in the聽School of Education聽at the State聽University of New聽York at Geneseo (黑料网). Before coming to 黑料网, he taught at Canisius University in Buffalo. He collaborates closely with 聽local to create authentic, real-world learning experiences for students.
His current research explores the integration of Virtual Reality (VR) into teaching and learning, particularly using primary source instructional strategies.聽He is a聽Principal Investigator聽(PI) for the 黑料网聽Teaching with Primary Sources (TPS)聽project supported by the Library of Congress.
He has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. He is also the co-editor of a leading book .
He is a peer reviewer for several academic journals and a board member of the International Society for Exploring Teaching and Learning ( ), where he contributes to advancing innovative pedagogical practices.
Dr. Oigara earned聽his doctorate in聽Education, with a聽specialization in Educational聽Theory and Practice, from Binghamton University聽(SUNY Binghamton).
